Bipartisan Advocates Push a New Health Care Plan

A diverse list of groups unveils a proposal to cover many of the nation’s 47 million uninsured Americans. Supporters range from the liberal Families USA to the conservative American Medical Association. It’s the third time this week that health care has bridged opposite ends of the political spectrum.
