Three daily servings of dairy dramatically cut osteoporosis risk

Washington, Jan. 7 : The National Dairy Council (NDC) has acknowledged an amended health claim proposed by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), which may help communicate to consumers that foods high in calcium and vitamin D, and physical activity reduce the risk of osteoporosis.
