Vegetables guard against skin cancer

Scientists in Queensland have been investigating the impact of healthy dietary habits on skin cancer.
They’ve found that green vegetables can help guard against the disease. Spinach and silverbeet in particular were found to reduce the risk of skin cancer, especially in those with a previous history of the disease.
