iTunes Music Store hits billionth download

Babyshambles restart tour

Pete Doherty’s band Babyshambles are beginning a tour which was rescheduled after singer Doherty was held in custody on drugs charges.
The band cancelled dates in Bristol, Glasgow, Newcastle and London following Doherty’s arrest in January.
The ex-Libertines singer subsequently received a 12-month community service order after pleading guilty to seven charges of drug possession.

US to Clone Eurovision song contest

£500,000 fake DVDs seized in London raid

Three men were arrested when pirate DVDs worth more than £500,000 were seized in north-west London.
Kent Police and the Federation Against Copyright Theft (Fact) raided an address in Burnt Oak on Wednesday.
